Chestnut Sweetness - Low-sugar chestnut cream - 400 grams

Our chestnut sweetness is a very lightly sweetened chestnut cream. To make this recipe we use 75% chestnut and only 25% sugar. Thanks to its low sugar content, enjoy an intense chestnut flavor.To add texture, we deliberately left a few small pieces of melting fruit... Pure happiness! Beware of addiction... We called our product "chestnut sweetness" because the term "chestnut cream" is reserved for products containing more than 50% total sugar, but our recipe only has 38% total sugar content.
