It is an identical replica of the historic Cusenier Oxygénée absinthe Originally, the name of this absinthe came from an oxygenation process invented by the Cusenier distillery to eliminate harmful substances. Today we know that the said substances were not in fact. It is a distilled green absinthe that has aged for three years in oak barrels before being bottled. It is unsweetened and its coloring is natural. When tasted, it is creamy, powerful with medicinal notes and a slightly minty finish. It is certainly the most expressive of the Jade absinthes.
