Olric is also the first name of the 3rd of the Ournac siblings who for the moment prefers his life as a Parisian dandy, ultimately this vintage really resembles him! Vintage 2022 – Beautiful purple color with ruby ​​reflections. Intense nose, with notes of blond tobacco, leather and sweet spices (clove). On the palate, a smooth and fresh attack gives way to silky and pleasant tannins, combined with candied cherry aromas and hints of menthol. Persistent freshness with liquorice and peppery finish. Food & wine pairings – Alone, a supple wine which gently reveals its complexity. Perfect with grilled prime rib, chicken with morels or a vegetable tagine.
