Cuvée in the form of a nod to the mountains, the Lance, by which our estate is cradled. Indeed, it shapes the landscape of our region and brings an additional mildness to the climate. It also contributes to the geology of our soils made up of sands. Passionate lovers of Carignan, we have made it our emblem. For a time forgotten in the region, it was our grandfather Marceau who had replanted it. We dedicate this cuvée to him. Grape variety: 100% Carignan Harvest: manual Ageing: 6 months in oak barrels A fruity and full-bodied wine, its roundness pairs easily with a dish of red meat and forms lovely pairings with the black truffles of our region.
