IGP Côtes de Gascogne 100% Gros Manseng Prima Luz is made with Gros Manseng, a typical grape variety of Gascony. For this vintage, we harvest the berries before sunrise, using the “Prima Luce” method, to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Tasting Lovely nose of white flowers and spices. On the palate, it’s the grapefruit and tangy lemony flavors that lead the way. The material is fine and the wine is perfectly balanced by its acidity and liveliness. It is a light, delicious wine, easy to pair, to be enjoyed with seafood and fish or with goat cheese or a creamy Saint Félicien.
