Cocoa beans with an authentic, fine, persistent and aromatic taste grow in the tropical climates of Ecuador, Ghana and the island of Java. These are cocoa beans extracted from the fruits of the finest trees and destined, due to the limited quantity harvested each year, exclusively for the production of the finest chocolate. Gran Cru Chocolate is the result of this careful research, a single-origin cocoa, with a strong identity that derives from a single cocoa plant. All this, combined with the skilled hands of our craftsmen, gives rise to this exclusive line of chocolate bars: from 70% dark chocolate and 36% very fine milk to including intriguing combinations such as very fine milk and coconut, 70% dark and coffee and the highly sought-after dark 70% spiced “Note di Oriente”.
