The term CRU indicates those types of single-origin cocoa, i.e. that are selected directly from the plantations. These are used only for the finest and most precious chocolate. A superior chocolate, made with criollo cocoa from the Bagua area, in the Amazonas region of Peru. It is the first cocoa of which there is a trace of consumption. This unique and precious "primitive" cocoa allows to obtain excellent quality results, giving life to an exclusive chocolate, with an aromatic profile of great intensity and power of taste.
