It is the first Italian chocolate made with the Peruvian "Pure Nacional". Lost for over a hundred years and now considered extinct, only a few years ago, in the farm of Don Fortunato lost in the heart of the Marañón River Canyon, the mother plant with the DNA of this very ancient variety was found. Progressive cloning work now makes it possible to give back to the world a first, very limited sample of this cocoa which, in addition to being extremely rare, is extremely precious: its seeds are in fact light purple in color and, for 40%, even white and give different aromas of fruit, flowers, hazelnuts. The tablet of gr. 70 is composed of: Peru Pure Nacional cocoa beans 70% and cane sugar. Ingredients- Peru Pure Nacional cocoa mass 70% and cane sugar
