Woody white wine with a golden and sparkling color. On the nose it offers fine and complex aromas of white-fleshed fruits and fresh citrus fruits with harmoniously woody notes. On the palate, its attack is frank, it is remarkable for its balance and harmony. There are buttery and toasted notes on the finish. 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Sauvignon Gris. Vinification: Gentle direct pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. aging in demi-muids (80%).
