BLACK PORK PATE WITH ESPELETTE PEPPER

A family recipe, the black pig is raised outdoors on our farm. It is then transformed in our transformation workshop. Black pork has an exceptional flavor and taste. We combine it with Espelette PDO pepper without flavor exosteur. In addition, in order to have the pure product, we do not use any preservatives or nitrite salt.
