PDO Espelette pepper pâté

Our pâté with Espelette pepper is made with pork raised on straw by three local breeders from Tarn and Aveyron. In addition, we add Espelette PDO pepper to this pâté, giving it a spicy taste in the mouth. Our Espelette pepper pâté is made without eggs, without bread and without lactose.
