Pâté with Espelette pepper & Gaec Laxa

Pork pâté flavored with Espelette pepper from Gaec Laxa in Larressorre. The selected pepper is grown on the sunny hillsides of the Basque Country which, once dried and pulverized, will give off an intense aroma to this terrine.
