BLACK PUDDING - 195G

Black pudding with Espelette pepper. Ingredients: head, goula (throat) and pork blood, leeks, onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, Espelette pepper A.O.P. Using advice: Keep one day in the fridge before use (only for its ease of cutting) open the box on both sides; use one of the 2 lids to push and obtain the recommended thickness of the slice (about 1 cm max) of the 'other side ; cut and snack next A la plancha: grill 2/3 min on each side. In the oven, preheat the oven to 180° and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. To be enjoyed with a salad or mashed potatoes.
