Find two 125g blocks of whole foie gras as well as a 125g block of duck foie gras with Espelette pepper. Storage advice: After opening, store between 0 and 4° for a maximum of 2 days. Our ducks are raised, force-fed and processed independently, on our farm in the Basque Country. Our farm ducks are fed outdoors with farm cereals and force-fed corn.
