WHOLE DUCK FOIE GRAS WITH ESPELETTE PEPPER JAR

We put a dash of Espelette pepper powder in it to get the flavor without the heat. Due to its presentation in a jar, it will be very presentable for gift ideas. Canned whole duck foie gras with Espelette pepper AOP (protected designation of origin), coming from our local chili producers in the South-West in New Aquitaine, Ferme Landaldea. Try it on a slice of toasted country bread to fully enjoy it! Tip: Refrigerate for an hour before serving your whole foie gras. Storage advice: After opening, store between 0 and 4° for a maximum of 2 days. Our ducks are raised and processed on our farm in the Basque Country, where they are stuffed with grain corn.
