This canned whole duck foie gras is a rich and distinctive starter that can be served as a starter or main course thanks to its creamy and delicious qualities. It can be stored for three years since it is sterilized at 105°C. At the Uhartia Farm, producer of foie gras, canned or jarred whole foie gras is made in the same way. The best way to enjoy your foie gras is simply to spread it on a slice of toasted country bread! Tip: Before serving, let it sit in the fridge for an hour so that it can cool. Storage advice: After opening, store at 0-4°C for a maximum of 2 days. The ducks raised and force-fed on our farm in the Basque Country are fed with cereals from the farm itself. The ducks are also given grain corn to eat.
