Our tasty tuna stew is prepared in Provence, this traditional recipe is made from tuna, red wine, carrots, mushrooms, onions, extra virgin olive oil, spices ... Our preparation tips: Gently heat the tuna stew in a saucepan without letting it boil, breaking up the tuna before cooking for a better distribution of the sauce. Serve with potatoes, rice or fresh pasta. Without dyes, preservatives, GMOs or ionized products. Tuna fished in the Indian or Pacific Ocean.
