Our fillets are prepared and dressed by hand. Lacking of ridges they are the leanest and noblest part of the tuna. An organic extra virgin olive oil from Navarre this recipe is very slightly salted to preserve all the flavor of this part of the fish Savage. No additives, dyes or other perlimpinpin! The tuna comes mainly from the auction of Saint Jean de Luz- Ciboure in the Basque Country. 36.58 € / KG JEAN DE LUZ CANNING IS: An organic, artisanal and local cannery.
