Tuna belly is a rare and tasty dish! This is the belly, the fattiest and most noble part of the fish. It contains the famous Omega 3, fatty acids with multiple benefits for our health! Its long pieces of fillet are the perfect addition to your salads, tapas, or other hot dishes.  Belly tuna is so rare that there are only 4 kg of it in a 100 kg tuna. €40.94/kg JEAN DE LUZ CANNERY IS: An organic, artisanal, and local cannery. All our ingredients are sourced less than 250km from our workshop in Saint Jean de Luz.
