Albacore tuna (or white tuna) is the finest tuna species, caught between June and October. Tuna belly is a rare and tasty delicacy! It's so rare that there are only 4 kg of it for a 100 kg tuna. This is the belly, the fattiest and most noble part of the fish.&nbspIt's the one that contains the famous Omega 3, these fatty acids with multiple benefits for our health! Its long pieces of fillet are the perfect addition to your salads, tapas, or other hot dishes.  SEASONALITY: Tuna is caught between June and October in the Basque Country. ­ Because this delicacy is so rare and in high demand, we sometimes run out of stock—so you have to wait until the next fishing season. 62.€86/KG THE JEAN DE LUZ CANNER IS: An organic, artisanal, and local cannery.
