Our cumin powder has earthy, woody and slightly bitter notes. When we immerse our nose in it, we go on a journey, towards the Orient... Cumin can be used as a flavoring on vegetables, salads, white meats, and even on fish, you can also incorporate ground cumin into your salad dressings or a marinade. Powdered cumin tolerates cooking quite well, but be careful not to put it in direct contact with the hot pan as it could burn. You can add it to a little fat or liquid. You can also infuse the cumin powder, covered, starting cold then bring to the boil, leave for 10 minutes before filtering and consuming. You can then drink your preparation hot or cold and benefit from all the benefits of cumin.
