Red pepper

Our priment rouge comes from Trivandrum, capital of Kerala, on the Malabar coast in south-west India. It is at the 5th degree on the Scoville scale, which places it above the Espelette pepper and below the Cayenne pepper. It has a powerful aromatic warmth, with a nice length in the mouth. This pepper is grown with respect for the environment and the ecosystem that surrounds it and the workers who grow it are protected by the cooperative with which they collaborate.
