GRAPES 95% Black Grenache 5% Syrah WINEMAKING AND AGING Vinification by direct pressing. TASTING NOTES A bright and clear rosé with the color of rose petals. The first nose is very pleasant, discreet with notes of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries). HASaeration, it expresses itself with notes of fresh raspberry. A fruity palate and a fresh finish. On an eggplant roll, small peppers stuffed with goat cheese and raw ham breadcrumbs. The service temperature must be between 10 and 12° C.
