TASTING NOTES A purple color, on the nose this Sainte Cécile red reveals black fruits such as black cherry and blackcurrant. On the palate, we find substance and structure, black fruits with firm tannins which suggest good aging potential. A licorice finish which makes it a wine of character. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING A perfect pairing with lamb stew, pork cheek, or a cheese platter. Aging potential: 5 years The service temperature must be between 16 and 18°C.
