Our nursing tea is an organic herbal tea that was specially developed for nursing mothers. 

We at Gräfenhof Tee Manufaktur are proud to offer our customers a natural and wholesome alternative to conventional breastfeeding products. 

The use of still teas has a long tradition and was already practiced in ancient cultures. 

But what exactly is a nursing tea and what effect does it have? 

A breastfeeding tea is a tea made from various herbs and plants that can help stimulate or stabilize milk production in nursing mothers. 

This special mixture of herbs is intended to help to positively influence the hormonal balance and thus support the flow of milk. 

Our breastfeeding tea consists of a balanced blend of fenugreek seeds, fennel, anise, lemon balm leaves, lemongrass, caraway and lavender flowers – all from controlled organic cultivation. 

The individual ingredients of the tea have a long tradition as supportive agents during breastfeeding. Fenugreek seeds, for example, are known for their milk-producing properties and were already used in ancient Egypt. 

Fennel and anise are also valued for their expectorant and antispasmodic properties and can be helpful for flatulence and colic in the baby. 

Lemon balm leaves and lemongrass are used for their calming effects, which can be particularly helpful during stressful times such as breastfeeding. 

Caraway is also said to help with flatulence and digestive problems and lavender flowers are used for their relaxing properties. 

Our breastfeeding tea is not only wholesome and tailored to the needs of breastfeeding mothers, but is also certified organic. 

We at Gräfenhof Tee Manufaktur attach great importance to sustainable and environmentally friendly production, which is why we only use ingredients from controlled organic cultivation. 

The tea is produced in our tea factory in northern Germany. 

Here every mixture is packed and checked by hand, ensuring the highest level of quality and taste.
