White Tuna Albacore Rillettes

These White Albacore Tuna rillettes, delicately cooked with characterful condiments, bear witness to the historical heritage of White Albacore Tuna fishing on the island of Groix.  The island was once famous for its many tasty tuna recipes.  The Groix & Nature cannery is now perpetuating the tradition with these delicious White Tuna Albacore rillettes.
