When we mention the word tartine, we visualize the slice of bread covered with jam. But a sandwich can be much more than that! I grew up in Brussels where a sandwich is synonymous with an easy meal made from a nice slice of toasted bread. Over time, I have kept this habit, pushing the limits through multiple original, gourmet and nourishing recipes.
