See the wholesale price
Malloreddus have the shape of thin striped shells, about 2 cm long and up. The typical preparation of Malloreddus is "Campidanese style", i.e. with sausage and saffron but their roughness allows them to be cooked with all sauces. The slow drying and the origin of the semolina, only Sardinian, give the product its uniqueness, recalling the traditions of Sardinia. In the Spring variant, with Spinach, Tomato and Saffron, they are ideal for a fun pasta salad, much appreciated by children too! Texts in Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch.
