Mackerel Fillets with Muscadet and herbs - 176g

This mackerel is completely dressed and filleted by hand then placed in the metal box. Covered with a clever blend of herbs, muscadet and vinegar, it is a recipe adapted to our region. Mackerel is rich in protein, omega-3, vitamins B12, B3, and D.    Serve with toasted toast with salted butter and a nice bottle of Muscadet sur lees (drink in moderation).    Store in a cool, dry place. 
After opening, store in the refrigerator in a suitable container and consume within 48 hours.
