Now weigh all the ingredients and beat together the eggs, sweetener, water and melted butter. Then mix in the waffle mixture briefly and vigorously - this creates a firmer batter. Once the iron is hot, bake the waffles one at a time. 1 portion yields approx. 2 sweet waffles. TIPS TIP No1: The dough is firm, but please do not add more liquid. To better distribute the dough, add several small “piles” or smooth the dough. TIP No2: Do you only have one medium-sized egg? Add some water. TIP No3: Try savory waffles too. Mix the ingredients without sweetener, but with ½ teaspoon of salt and other spices such as herbs or paprika. Quantity then approx.
