
INGREDIENTS 33% golden linseed flour (partially defatted), WALNUT FLOUR, psyllium husk flour, bamboo fibre, SESAME, pumpkin seeds, rock salt, 3.5% chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), acidifier: monopotassium tartrate (pure cream of tartar), coconut flour (partially defatted) and raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate (baking soda) ALLERGENS: walnut, sesame NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION PREPARATION Ingredients for 2 loaves: 2 tbsp vinegar of your choice, we recommend apple cider vinegar 6 tbsp cooking oil of your choice, we recommend olive oil 380 cold water Instructions: For one BREAD No. 25 put 150g of the mixture in a bowl. Now add 1 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp cooking oil & 190ml cold water. Knead the dough briefly and vigorously. Form the dough into a roll and cut it on the surface approx. 1cm deep lengthwise. Place the bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it rest while you preheat the oven to 210°C fan/convection oven. Baking time approx. 50 minutes, then let cool. TIPS TIP No1: Do you like rolls? Simply form the dough into balls, flatten them and cut a 1 cm deep “X” into the surface. Baking time: approx. 25 minutes. TIP No2: Wet your hands or use disposable gloves when shaping the dough. TIP No3: For a better crust, spray the bread/rolls with a little water after 2 minutes of baking & enjoy a nicer baking result.
