KETO RICE

INGREDIENTS Konjac flour, tapioca flour and acidifiers: citric acid, calcium hydroxide ALLERGENS: - NUTRITIONAL VALUES PREPARATION Ingredients for 1 portion: 40-50g rice Pinch of salt Water Instructions: One to two portions of KETO rice (40-50g per portion) with enough (!)Simmer in water and a pinch of salt for 20 minutes. It's better to take a little too much than too little. Then drain and rinse the rice briefly under hot water. Pro tip: To make the rice perfect, let it simmer in the pot with the lid closed for a few minutes on the still warm stove. TIPS TIP No1: For the perfect KETO rice, mix the rice with a little butter after cooking and let it sit for a short while. TIP No2: Do you fancy rice pudding? Prepare 50g of dry rice according to the instructions. After rinsing with 200ml cream (preferably vegan) and approx. Then stir in 20g butter (preferably vegan) and simmer for another 5 minutes. Garnish with ketogenic jam, chocolate, berries, or cinnamon to taste. TIP No3: You can also use it as risotto rice. TIP No4: Do you like it more vegetable-based? Grate cauliflower or broccoli, sauté in a pan with a little salt and butter for 5-10 minutes, add cooked rice and, if necessary, Add some herbs, mix and enjoy.
