Coral lentil, sweet potato & coriander hummus 150g

Red lentil, coriander, sweet potato, coconut milk and ginger… this is an Indian-style hummus that really gives the dahl! We pre-soak our legume seeds before cooking to facilitate the absorption of vitamins and minerals. We use a High Pressure preservation process, respectful of taste, vitamins and minerals and guaranteeing the use of real, simple and natural ingredients, without colorings or preservatives, exactly like in your own kitchen...
