Developed under the sun and the generosity of the South-West, our dry Chorizo with olives will delight your taste buds thanks to its light spicy notes and its subtle taste of black olives from Nyons (Drôme). Dried slowly between 3 to 5 weeks in our cellars, it is made from 100% fresh meat from France and without coloring, stuffed into a natural pork casing and tied with string, which gives it an authentic artisanal production. This product is subject to desiccation.
