We are a small family business, we are farmers near Valencia, Spain, and we produce our fruit organically. We have been certified organic for several years. We process part of our fruit. Our fruit is grown without greenhouses, pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
We are producers of high quality caviar lemon fruit.
When a caviar lemon is cut, caviar lemon pearls are ejected, of different colors (pink, yellow, fluorescent green or light green, or...). This pulp is made up of a multitude of tiny translucent pearls (or pearls) that look like caviar. An incomparable aroma that later perfumes your plate, you just have to enjoy it.
We process our own fruit in such a way that we can offer you the opportunity to prepare additional delicacies throughout the year. We produce Roasted Lemon Caviar Powder, mini balls of Natural Organic Lemon Caviar Pearls in BEIGE and PINK RED colors and many other products, all of them organic.
