The FUSILLI TRADITION are made from hard WHEAT flour produced on our farm! We make them on the farm, and we dry them according to the traditional method in order to preserve all the benefits of our fresh flour (vitamins, trace elements, proteins, enzymes, ...) They are a great Italian classic, and are ideal as an accompaniment to a dish in a fluid sauce like our BLANQUETTE OF VEAL because it coats in your plate and then released at the first bite.
