White Wine - Burgundy Hautes-Côtes de Beaune “Vallerots”

It is the southernmost plot of Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, it connects with Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and is exposed to the east. Expressive on the nose with a bouquet of yellow and white fleshed fruits, this Hautes-Côtes is saline and sapid. On the palate, it is thirst-quenching, floral with a subtle lemony note. The crystalline side of the wine will go perfectly with grilled sea bream or plain fish without any artifice.
