White Wine - Vézelay

The Vézelien vineyard is located on the edge of the Morvan regional park. Its vineyard is located in Yonne. The latter is relatively high (300 meters on average) on marl-limestone soils. On the nose, a floral and citrus aromatic range with acacia, grapefruit mingling with mineral notes with warm stone. On the palate, a freshness which brings purity and straightness to the wine, all accompanied by a slight roundness but with a very nice balance. A vibrant, thirst-quenching finish. Steamed cod with candied lemon, leek cannelloni, razor clams with parsley.
