Sparkling wine - Pierre Gruber Brut “Cuvée Françoise”

The grapes come from varied terroirs of the Burgundy vineyards, from the chalky bedrock of the surroundings of Joigny to the granites of southern Burgundy, including coastal limestone and marl. Pale gold color with very fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with beautiful mineral touches. The palate is very elegant with aromas of white fruits, vanilla, and spices. Food & wine pairings: as an aperitif, with a touch of blackcurrant or with a dessert. It goes perfectly with petit fours as well as with a red fruit sorbet.
