CRU RASTEAU - 1935 range

1935 RANGE - CRU RASTEAU TERROIR - At 300 m altitude on a terroir with blue clay. GRAPES - GRENACHE SYRAH MOURVEDRE VINIFICATION - Aging for 18 months in concrete vats with careful selection of berries and very dynamic 3-week vatting, respectful of the wine. Temperature control at each stage. Éaging in tank then in bottle. TASTING NOTES - A brilliant red color. On the nose, aromas of very ripe red and black fruits emerge, nuanced by light peppery notes. On the palate, young tannins, notes of spices, licorice and leather enrich the palate.
