Éaging on fine lees for 2 months in concrete vats giving it all its complexity and freshness. TASTING NOTES - Pale color with grenadine highlights. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits flow and are enhanced by notes of violets and roses. On the palate, it is a dry wine which presents a beautiful balance and subtle aromas of red berries.
