Manual harvest.   Grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault.   100% bleeding.   Produced at low temperature, over a long fermentation.   Without inputs.   Beautiful raspberry pink color.   Gourmet nose of morello cherry.   In the mouth: Balance, freshness and liveliness. 

Round tannins, generosity of fruit and notes of grenadine.   Nice length in the mouth.   Keeping: Vintage in its fullness.   Serving temperature: 12°C-13°C.   Pairings: Truffle omelette, grilled meat or Japanese gastronomy.
