Our GODA MASALA spice blend is a milder version of garam masala, used in the cuisines of Maharashtra, an Indian state where cold winters follow scorching summers. 

It is used in many dishes in this region, as well as other parts of India. 

Goda Masala is often compared to Garam Masala, but it has a distinct flavor, more aromatic and fragrant.   Our Goda Masala blend embodies sweetness and indulgence. 

First, because coconut and hazelnuts, combined with cinnamon and cloves, the warm and dry side of coriander and cumin softened by fennel make it one of the rich blends, full of aromas and flavors of Indian cuisine.   This spice blend is often used to add flavor and depth to dishes in Maharashtrian cuisine, such as curries, stews, stir-fried vegetables and lentil dishes.
