French Spirits come from the Adrian Distillery in the heart of Val de Moder, in the Bas-Rhin department. Specialist in the distillation of fruit brandies, the Adrian Distillery opened up to the distillation of malt and the production of Gin and Rum more than 15 years ago! A single watchword: French good taste.
From small stills, of the Carle type, each spirit is obtained by double distillation to guarantee intense aromas and delicate flavors. Then comes the time of refining and blending and the precise work of tasting in order to guarantee an inimitable house style.
The French Spirits are “top of the range” selections that highlight “made in France”.
For the whiskies, the barley is grown in France before being malted, brewed and then distilled by us.
For the Gin, the macerations of everlasting dunes and juniper are done under our control before undergoing a double distillation.
As for the Rum, it comes from molasses imported from the French West Indies before being distilled by us.
