Stuffed in natural casing and matured for approximately 90-120 days with the mountain air from the Sierra de San Pedro. Of an intense and brilliant red when cut and aromas that evoke the most authentic flavors. It is a real pleasure to notice how this chorizo leaves an authentic bouquet of flavors in the mouth. A true Spanish delicatessen product. Chorizo is the most popular and international Spanish sausage. It is prepared from pork, pork fat, and spices such as paprika and in some cases, like in this case, garlic. The pork chorizo has that characteristic red color that the paprika gives it.
