CASSOULET WITH DUCK CONFIT

According to the traditional recipe, Maison Rivière produces a generous and gourmet cassoulet, in the image of the region and its inhabitants. To the fondant beans simmered in a fresh vegetable broth are added candied duck sleeves and Toulouse sausage made in our workshops with pork from France.
