Curry Tonkin is a subtle blend of powdered spices made up of star anise, turmeric, black pepper, coriander, cloves, black cardamom, Mac Hung berries and chilli. This unique blend was created in collaboration with perfumer and spice hunter Laurent Severac. Tasting: it is a very fragrant and slightly full-bodied mixture, very fresh, which in sauce, will go perfectly with fish but also with white meats and poultry.
