Whole summer black truffle in brine from Di Iorio EXPIRY: 36 months in the original packaging and in normal warehouse conditions at room temperature but our company has decided to label the products with a 27 month expiry date for further safety. STORAGE: At room temperature. Once the package is opened, cover with olive oil and place in the fridge. Do not expose to sunlight and heat sources. HOW TO USE: Ideal for pasta, it can be grated or sliced.
