Hibiscus (powder) BIO, small 30ml jar

Hibiscus powder is obtained by grinding the dried petals of the Hibiscus sabdariffa plant, also known as Roselle. This plant is native to West Africa, but is also grown in many other parts of the world, including Asia and Central America. Hibiscus powder has a tangy, fruity and slightly sweet taste. It has a flavor reminiscent of cranberry or lemon, with a floral touch. Powdered Hibiscus can be used in a variety of beverages including teas, infusions, juices, smoothies and cocktails. It can also be used to flavor fruit salads, marinades and sauces. To prepare an infusion of Hibiscus powder, boil water and add one teaspoon of hibiscus powder per cup. Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain and sweeten to taste if necessary. Product from Organic Farming Certified Ecocert FR-BIO-01
