Unique cold extraction, grinding of olives in a closed cycle. Our new unfiltered olive oil expresses a strong freshness, a slight tingling on the nose. Powerful taste bouquet, carried on slightly peppery green grass. Bitterness and pungency are very present, proof of the quality of the olives and their daily processing. Produced from our olive groves in Serracapriola, Gargano. Sold in packages of 15 bottles of 0.25L per box.
